Well, maybe I should shoot for once a week

A lot has happened since I last wrote, so many life lessons that I can't even summarize.

I'm thankful that I've met someone that I never want to change, and that makes me want to be a better person

I'm thankful that I'm on the verge of having a decent artist statement. I want to have one that sounds sincere to my art work while not sounding pretentious but it seems that anything involving talking about art will pretty much make you sound like a huge know it all. But I think I've found a way around that, and I can finally post it on my art website.

I'm grateful that there are ways of recreating yourself.

I'm also very happy that what you know, is not what you know at all. I'm the first to be so sure and the first to be always wrong, but I like it. It makes life surprising and oddly comforting.

I'm happy to have my sewing machine back. I'm happy to have my art creativity back. I'm happy to have some spinach and carrot seeds in the garden. I'm happy to have the Lauryn Hill Unplugged Album, and most of all...I'm happy to have a Kit Kat obsession...probably the best break I've ever had!
